Who is the General Manager?

What is the check in / check out time at Sedona Real?

Guests are welcome to check in after 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Should you arrive before 3:00 will do our best to get you comfortably in your room as soon as we can. Late check-outs may be available upon request and could be subject to an additional charge.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We understand that plans change. We request that you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's room and tax. This applies to direct reservations only. Reservations made through third parties are subject to their terms and conditions.

What is the hotel's smoking policy?

The Sedona Real Inn & Suites is a 100% non-smoking and vaping hotel. This also includes the pool area, patios, and balconies. Per Arizona law, smoking is permitted outside, provided it is not within 20 feet of any building. A $200 fee will be assessed if smoking is detected.

Does the hotel offer WiFi?

Yes, the hotel offers WiFi, throughout the hotel, including common areas and guestrooms inclusive of guestroom rate and fees.

What housekeeping services are offered?

Housekeeping services are by guest request only. Please contact the front desk before 10:00 am to request service. Other terms and conditions may apply depending on your length of stay.

Does the hotel allow pets?

Absolutely we do and we have a pet park to let them run free and enjoy the fresh air. We welcome up to two (2) dogs under 100 pounds with a $30 per pet per night nonrefundable fee. Additional fees may apply if there is damage to the hotel or deep cleaning your room is required upon your departure.

Where can I park?

Right outside your guest room. There are ample spaces offered throughout the property on a complimentary basis.

How do I get to the hotel (directions)?

From Phoenix

  • Take Interstate 17 North to Highway 260, Exit 287. Turn left on Highway 260 and follow the signs into Cottonwood. Highway 260 intersects Highway 89-A at a stoplight in Cottonwood. Turn right here onto Highway 89-A and head north into Sedona. Once in Sedona’s city limits, we are on the right-hand corner of the second stoplight, which is the intersection of Highway 89A and Arroyo Pinon Drive.

From Flagstaff

  • Take Interstate 17 South to Highway 89-A South (the Sedona exit). Go south on Highway 89A to Sedona. Once in Sedona’s city limits, continue south on 89-A, through the two roundabouts. We are located by the traffic light, on the left, at the intersection of Highway 89-A and Arroyo Pinon Drive.

From Cottonwood

  • Take Highway 89A East into Sedona. Once in Sedona’s city limits, we are on the right-hand corner of the second stoplight, which is the intersection of Highway 89A and Arroyo Pinon Drive.

From Prescott

  • Take Highway 89A East to Sedona passing through Jerome and Cottonwood. Once in Sedona’s city limits, we are on the right-hand corner of the second stoplight, which is the intersection of Highway 89A and Arroyo Pinon Drive.
What room amenities are available to guests?

Rooms are equipped with 40” televisions, microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge, iron and ironing board, in-room safes, and hair dryer. Some rooms do have a fireplace, separate living area, and sofa sleepers.
