COVID-19 UPDATE

An Important Message for Our Guests

A Safety Message for Sedona Reãl Inn & Suites Guests

First and foremost, we hope you and your family are staying safe. Times like these bring us all together and give us perspective on what’s most important.

We’re reaching out to share some reassurance and let you know the actions we’re taking to keep everyone healthy while minimizing business disruptions. Our #1 priority is the safety of our guests, staff, and community. Here are the actions we’re taking to promote the health and safety of our guests and staff at Sedona Reãl:

Lobby Area

Our lobby is open for check-in. Please have only one guest per party come into check-in. By mandate from the city of Sedona, masks are required when entering the lobby. Thank you for your understanding.

Room Cleaning and Safety

For the safety of our staff and guests, our housekeeping team is also taking care to disinfect high-touch places such as counters, doorknobs, light switches, toilet handles, and TV remotes. Our linens and towels are washed at high temperatures to kill bacteria.

Check-Out by Phone

Give us a call from your room or cell to check out. We’ll email you a receipt of your stay.

Grab-n-Go Breakfast & Dining Room Area

The US FDA has stated that there is no evidence of food or food packaging being associated with the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, we’re offering to-go breakfast meals that can be picked up from the dining area. Please call our front desk for details. The lobby and dining room areas are currently open, with tables spaced apart at 6 feet. We ask that guests apply the appropriate social distancing principles.

Fitness Room, Pool & Hot Tub, Pet & Family Park Open

Our exclusive gated half-acre pet and family park, pool and hot tub areas, and fitness center are open. We ask that guests apply the appropriate social distancing principles and keep gatherings to fewer than 10 people. Masks must be worn in all indoor common areas of the hotel.

Sedona Parks & Trails Open

Currently, many trails in Sedona remain open, offering ample open space and fresh air. Several shops and restaurants are also offering curbside and extended delivery services.
