Verde Valley Birding & Nature Festival
April 26th to the 29th is the Verde Valley Birding & Nature Festival. This could be a lot of fun. I often see blue colored birds in the trees on my porch and wonder what type of bird they are. Red ones too. The festival celebrates nature with workshops and field trips where expert guides take visitors to the area’s birding hot spots. The annual event is presented by Arizona State Parks and the Cottonwood Chamber of Commerce. For more information visit the Verde Valley Birding & Nature Festival site.
